When we decided to open Villarosa we were looking for an authentic island, not yet contaminated, which would recall the Maldives of the past, Feridhoo had these characteristics.
The vegetation is luxuriant, here the forest still occupies most of the island, there are few structures present, not yet touched by mass tourism, by building destruction and by the streets crowded with cars and scooters, here nature and its beauty reign unchallenged. The reef can be reached from the beach, still alive and full of fish.
We are Italians, we could not fail to combine the best of both countries. The style and taste for beautiful things that distinguishes us, and which takes shape in the quality of the food; with refined dishes, varied and made with high quality products; in the equally varied and refined mise en place with hand-made and hand-painted services; in the perfumed essences that waft throughout the Villa, in the music that always plays in the background, and above all in the great cultural tradition of hospitality.
All this finds a perfect blend with the light and colors of the Maldives, with the scents and flavors of spices, with the fruits that our garden gives us every day, with the ancient local tradition of fishing combined with that sense of peace and tranquility that permeates everything.
One of a kind and the only structure in the Maldives where mineralized water obtained from the air is served, a technology that eliminates all plastic bottles and polluting waste from desalination, your bottle is welcome, otherwise we will provide you with a personalized one for the whole your vacation.
Villarosa has a private 5-Star PADI Center for diving, the main activity here in the Maldives.
Those who are already certified will be able to dive with a few other participants or even privately in the most famousareas of the Ari Atolls, while the others will be able to try this exciting experience for the first time incomplete safety.
Villarosa also organizes various activities and excursions, not mandatory but upon request, you will hardly want to leave our beach, one of the most beautiful on the Atoll, with a dedicated area equipped with umbrellas and sun beds with mattresses, where you can spend days in absolute relaxation .
All activities are managed by sea professionals who will accompany you and never leave you alone, in order to experience unique emotions but in a safe way.
Villarosa also offers its guests an evening dedicated to marine biology, held by our biologist who will let you discover the history of the Maldives and learn about the fauna and flora that populate the Indian Ocean, offering you valuable advice on the correct behavior to keep at sea in the respect and for the protection ofthis wonderful and very fragile habitat.
We have also launched a project, in collaboration with the University of Padua, for the protection of coral and its regrowth, which offers our guests the opportunity to touch the strategies put in place for the protection of the coral reef from the damage caused from climate change and man.
We are certain that a holiday experienced in this way can easily be transformed into something that cannot be called just a journey, but becomes experience, knowledge, discovery, sharing, questioning, exploration of the wonders that surround us in order to treasure them and draw from them in everyday life. And if you are an animal lover, in Villa Rosa you will find many wonderful kittens that will keep you company during your stay.

Villa Rosa has 5 rooms, all elegantly furnished in tropical-Mediterranean style with wooden floors, king-sized beds and private bathroom with garden. All rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and wi-fi.
Children under 7 years old find an inhospitable house.
